Choux pastry stands as a timeless classic in the world of patisserie; offering a blend of nostalgia and modern appeal. It’s an incredibly versatile choice as it can be enjoyed as a mid-afternoon snack or as a delightful dessert after a satisfying dinner. Pâte à choux, the foundation of choux pastry, has recently seen growing interest in its use as part of more modern and innovative dessert creations.

With our Chouxnuts, we’ve created a hybrid, lighter option which combines the light and airy feel of Choux Pastry with the indulgent appeal of an American Doughnut. The two distinct flavours are designed to offer seasonality with options for both Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter.
