Lunch! Expo Recap: A Fantastic Two Days

We are thrilled to look back on an exciting and successful event at the Lunch! Expo, held on September 18th and 19th at ExCeL London. It was a wonderful opportunity for Mademoiselle Desserts to connect with customers, showcase our products, and give a sneak peek into what’s coming in 2025.

Our booth was a vibrant display of Mademoiselle Desserts’ diverse range, including classic favourites, Mid-Year Refresh, and exciting new product developments scheduled for launch in 2025. Here’s a rundown of some of the standout items that stole the spotlight:

• Six Layer Fudge Cake – Rich, indulgent, and a true showstopper, this cake was a fan favourite. With layers of decadence, it quickly became one of the most talked-about desserts at the event.
• Revamped Flapjack Recipe – We’re always working on perfecting our recipes, and our newly improved flapjack delighted visitors with its irresistible texture and flavour. It’s a perfect balance of chewy, crunchy, and wholesome goodness.
• Mini Beignets – These bite-sized treats never fail to impress! Light, airy, and irresistibly sweet, our Mini Beignets were a huge hit and left customers eager for more.

A Growing Connection with Customers

One of the best parts of attending the Lunch! Expo was having the chance to meet both new faces and reconnect with loyal customers. The excitement and positive feedback we received about our products were incredibly motivating. It was clear that visitors appreciated our commitment to quality and innovation, as well as our passion for crafting desserts that delight.
