  1. A thorough understanding of the Wholesale marketplace – experience across a range of Food service Wholesalers
  2. Ideally a Food sales background
  3. Proven track record for driving a field sales team with short term objectives.
  4. Someone who can demonstrate examples of creating and implementing a short/medium term sales turn around plan through Head Office interaction and through the field sales team.
  5. A person who is experiences in driving Customer Joint Business Plans
  6. Someone to manage ranges and pricing for RWS
  7. A person who can drive a new business pipeline
  8. Someone who can Coach and develop Ways of Working with the field sales team to drive longer term performance gains.

Location: This role is remote and require travelling.
