Our History of Desserts
Rooted in pastry-making traditions and continuously listening to consumer needs, Mademoiselle Desserts has built a reputation in the pastry market by reconciling the standards of the best artisans with the consistency of the industry. The group’s first site was built in 1984 in the Dordogne region of France and employed 30 people. At the time, the group specialised in the production of frozen raw puff pastry, but has since expanded in France, England, and the Netherlands to broaden its expertise in pastry bases, custards, tarts, desserts, cheesecakes, carrot cake and other British cakes, mille-feuilles, gluten-free products, and more, in order to meet the needs of the French and international markets.
